Workspaceco made the process of starting with a VA very easy. We have now been working with them for almost a year and loving it!

My business (Bradnam's Windows & Doors Newcastle) have utilised workspaceco's virtual assistants for the past year. The daily catch-ups with my VA and monthly catch-ups with their team leader have really helped ease any initial teething issues. My VA Jean has helped reduce my workload by taking care of all of my social media management and also helping with some ad hoc admin tasks. My social media has grown too and engagement has been great since she's been managing it. It did take time to get it going but since we worked out a good way to manage handling the different tasks it's going well.

I own a barbershop in Karratha and am very busy with working in the business. I've had 2 VAs so far from Workspaceco and they have made everything so much easier for me! I mostly need help with Xero reconsiling and accounting and they absolutely know what they're doing. Even the transition with VAs has been amazing.
