The staff there are awesome. Everytime I meet them for an interview, I feel supported and encouraged. I also did a course on ready to work with Nick Tonkin and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Learnt a lot of stuff in this very relaxing classes. Nick is a wonderful trainer. Recommend him to anyone who is going to do the course.

I was offered a few jobs as chef from these guys and I had to go all the way there to fill up the paperwork. They cancelled my first shift on the same day, and then they offered me 5 shifts for the following week. I tried to call them several times to confirm that I wanted to do those shifts, but the person in charge was never in the office and they basically never returned my calls, even though they said they will call me back. I never write reviews, but I think this attitude and lack of professionalism deserves one. I can see now that so many people had dramas with them. Don't even bother dealing with this company. Total time wasters.

Current FIFO worker with years of experience and applied for entry level haul truck position and even organised time off work to attend interview after attending a phone interview with programmed as well as a group Skype interview. I meet all criteria and apparently I went well at the assessment but I didn't get the job but no personal reference checks were conducted? I meet all criteria but not the decency to warrant a reference check ? For my brother's and sisters out there go through a different first nations engagement team and you might actually get a fair shake" because you won't with programmed. To get time off work and jump through all hoops and not even check my references is one of the most hurtful and disrespectful applications if not the most I've ever been through. Stay away from this mob."

Nearly 1.5 years of my superannuation not paid to me but collected from my employer. Extremely disappointing. No response to email or phones.

Very unprofessional experience

Was promised 47$/h working night shift but was only payed 36$/h. If confronted then started to blame me for wrongfully understanding even if the work assignment clearly indicated 47$/h !
